These terms apply to the Prahari app and this website, provided by the Prahari team, India ("we"). By downloading or using Prahari you agree to them.
The app
Prahari shows information read from files on your own Mac. Quota figures, runway estimates and API-value estimates come from third-party tools that may change without notice, so they may occasionally be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them for decisions where an error would harm you.
Licenses and subscriptions
The Free tier costs nothing. Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes, receipts and cancellations. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and cancelling stops future charges while keeping Pro until the end of the paid period. A license is for your personal use on your own Macs, up to the activation limit shown at purchase.
Acceptable use
Don't resell, share or crack license keys, or use Prahari to break the terms of the tools it reads. Prahari is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or GitHub; their names are used only to describe what Prahari works with.
No warranty
Prahari is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes to paid plans will be emailed to subscribers in advance.
