Prahari is a macOS app operated by the Prahari team, India ("we"). This policy explains what the app and this website do with your information. In short: your usage data stays on your Mac.
What stays on your Mac
Prahari reads usage files that your AI coding tools (such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and Google Antigravity) save on your computer, and local information such as listening development servers and git commit counts. It processes this information only on your Mac and stores its own results in ~/Library/Application Support/Prahari. We never receive it.
What leaves your Mac
- License checks. If you enter a license key, Prahari sends the key and a random identifier for your Mac to Lemon Squeezy to confirm it, about once a week. No usage data is included.
- Update checks. Prahari downloads a list of available versions from our website once a day. This request includes your app version, as any download does.
- Optional live lookups. Only if you turn them on, Prahari uses a tool's own saved login to ask that tool's provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) for your current quota. That request goes directly to the provider, never to us, and the login is not stored by Prahari.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which receives the details you enter at checkout (such as name, email, billing address and payment method) under its own privacy policy. We receive your email, order details and license status, which we use to provide your license and support.
This website
This site uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. Our host may keep standard server logs such as IP address and pages requested.
Your choices
You can turn off live lookups and licensing at any time in Settings, remove Prahari's changes with Settings → Remove Prahari's changes, and delete its data folder. To ask about or delete the purchase information we hold, email us.
